Job Title: Project Head
Location: Lagos
Job Description 

• A role giving leadership to project team, coordinating and supervising all projects towards timely and effective delivery with experience in managing the various phases in a construction/interior design project.

Education

• B.Sc Architecture
• M.Sc Architecture
• Certificate in interior design
• Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2)

Relevant Experience:

• 5 and Above years in managing projects within an interior design industry and/or construction industry.
• 8 years drawing experience and interior design

Skills:

• Ability to create 3Ds
• Strong negotiation
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Attention to details
• Strong managerial and planning skills
