- It is an obvious fact that a lot of attention has been shifted to technology in today’s world of business. In a bid to enhance effective service delivery our client who is a major operator in the commodity trading industry is looking to recruit an IT savvy.
- The successful candidate is expected to understand web development, different software applications and hardware maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
- Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s.
- Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
- Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. or any other related Certificate
- Must have 2 years work experience.

- Due to economic expansion and need for taking advantage of business opportunity in a competitive market such as Nigeria, our client who owns chains of businesses in the commodity trading industry is currently looking to recruit Chattered Accountants with cognate years of experience in their field of practice.
Responsibilities
- Continuous management of financial systems and budgets.
- Undertaking financial audits (an independent check of an organization’s financial position).
- Liaising with clients (individuals or businesses) and providing financial information and advice.
- Reviewing the company’s systems and analyzing risk.
- Advising clients on tax planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize their tax liability) and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers.
- Detecting and preventing fraud (forensic accounting).
- Managing junior colleagues on task delivery.
- Arranging financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise.
- Negotiating terms with suppliers.
