· Graduate Engineer: 1 year in a Quality department with 2 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment Alternatively, HND Diploma: 1 year in a Quality department with 5 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment
· Experience in running manufacturing process
· Knowhow of the maintenance of machines
· Experience of Control/assurance concepts shall be an added attribute

· People leadership; Experience of handling HR & Admin issues
