Daily Backup of ERP to external drive
Provides IT supports in the factory
Reports directly to finance/ IT manager

Minimum qualification, HND Computer Engineering or other related field.

Processing of stock transfer voucher
Processing of receipt note from warehouse
Daily reconciliation of bin card with system
Weekly reconciliation of physical stock / material with bin card and system
Prepare and send daily stock report
Prepare and send weekly stock reconciliation report
Generate POs and purchase
Processing purchase for payment as at due date
Maintaining of supplier debt report
Maintaining of reorder quantity report for all SKU’s
Any other job given by the line manager
