Job Title: Office Assistant

A management consulting firm in Ikeja seeks the services of a young male who will work as the company’s office assistant.



Responsibilities
the candidate will be in charge of maintaining a clean office environment.

  • He will be in charge of purchasing and taking stocks of all office stationeries and toiletries; also going on errands.
  • He will be in charge of maintaining the generator and ensuring it is fuelled and oiled when needed.
  • He will be in charge of ensuring all faulty equipments, appliances or items in the office are repaired on time by reporting to the unit in charge as soon as it is discovered.
  • He will assist in coordinating training programs within the organization.

Competencies

  • Candidate must possess a secondary school leaving certificate (SSCE)Candidate must possess good communication skills- must be able to articulate his thoughts.
  • Candidate should not be above 21years.
  • Candidate should live within Ikeja and its environs.
  • Candidate must possess basic computer skills.
  • Candidate must be a fast learner
  • Candidate must be willing to learn and grow in the organization.
