Job Title: HR Marketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
- CIPM/CIPD/SHRM/HRCM or relevant HR certifications
- Indebt knowledge of Human Resources strategies
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
- Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
- Ability to meet set business targets.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Particularly detail oriented.
- Be self-directed and motivated.
- Excellent people and client management skills.
Job Descriptions
- Develop new client base and leads
- To make contacts with selected clients and maintain client database
- Initiate and close business deals
- Proposal preparation and presentation
Remuneration
50,000 naira plus commission.
