- Bachelor’s Degree/HND
- A minimum of 3-5 Years experience
Job Description
- Organise, Manage and Supervise security personnel deployed on site.
- Fulfill the needs of the Head of Operations to ensure best practice on each site.
- Create, Produce and arrange working guard shift rotas and maintain service level.
- Responsible for promoting the company’s service and engaging new clients and contracts.
- Liaising and networking with a range of management also including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
