- This candidate must posses a Certificate from an acclaimed Culinary school within or outside Nigeria
- Must have worked with either a minimum of a three star hotel or equivalent.
- Have on the job experience of at least 5-7 years as a qualified chef.
- The individual must have mastery of the intercontinental cuisine including English, French, Italian dishes, knowledge of local dishes would be an advantage.

- Should posses on-the-job experience from any of the four or five star hotels, a minimum of 5-7 years overall hotel experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
