Spring Professional selects for its prestigious company Customer, a Business Unit Manager for Nigeria (m / f).
Main responsibilities
· Degree in Animal Nutrition / Animal Production and / or Animal Science;
· Complementary Education MBA in Management;
· Minimum professional experience of 10 years in homologous functions;
· High commercial orientation and guidance for business;
· Leadership Spirit, strong dynamism and flexibility;
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as interpersonal relationships;
· Solid knowledge of English (mandatory);
· Willingness to travel throughout Nigeria;
· Good computer skills.
Profile
· Assume all Business Unit Management.
· It will also be responsible for strategic and operational planning, coordination of ongoing projects and new business development.
· Strong component identification and raising of new business opportunities;
· To promote and sensitize customers to the new products;
· Attracting and monitoring clients;
· Promotion of trade relations;
· Market Analysis and monitoring of competition;
· Comply with pre-defined sales targets.
