Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Job Description 

  • The Chief Operating Officer will be solely responsible for the management of the company, ensure investment growth and maximize company income through effective management and assets control.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • First degree (2.1 minimum) from a reputable institution
  • Must possess an MBA or M.Sc. in core humanities
  • Experience in dynamic multi-tasking situations is a must.
  • 10-12 years relevant experience in related and structured environment and at a management position.
  • Good knowledge of the domestic and global economy
  • Excellent decision making and negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan, think and act strategically
  • The ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrable/excellent leadership and management skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and solutions-oriented approach to issues
  • IT application proficient (especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
  • Membership of a professional body or a recognised professional certificate is an added advantage.

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Description 

  • These officers must be people willing and ready to market the different products/offerings of the company.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • First Degree (2:1 minimum) in Economics or any Social Science discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in a structured organization
  • Experience in Real Estate industry will be an advantage
  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced in Marketing, Market Research, Reporting and general marketing activities
  • Must be professional in appearance and conduct
  • Membership of a professional body or a recognised professional certificate will be an added advantage.
  • Not more than 30 years
  • Mature, self-motivated, proactive, fast learner and team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Description 

  • The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the effective human capital management of the company.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • First degree (2:1 minimum) in Economics or any social science discipline.
  • A qualification in HR Management, Psychology or a business related subject will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the domestic economy
  • 10 years relevant work experience and at a management position
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Ability to plan, think and act strategically;
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Mature, self-motivated, proactive, fast learner and team player
  • Good problem-solving and organization skills
