1. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MAINTAINANCE MANAGER
1. Provides management/supervision of Maintenance/Engineering staff.
2. Directly responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all hospital buildings and equipment including mechanical and electrical systems, physical appearance of hospital grounds, buildings, and internal structures.
3. Performs and/or directs the performance of all maintenance departmental service requests, ensuring that the work performed in these areas is accomplished efficiently, neatly and with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience.
4. Checks malfunctioning equipment and ascertains corrective action required to restore to satisfactory operating condition.
6. Responsible for the Environment of Care, Emergency Management, Life Safety Code and fulfilling the role of Safety Officer.
7. Requires the ability to analyze the operation of various site infrastructure systems, determine the root cause of any problem / malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
8. Coordinate operations and personnel activities to meet CSU/Departmental, Hospital and Health System objectives related to the provision of services within designated areas.
9. Maintain interface with departmental personnel to ensure there is adequate space and facilities for patient care and coordination of facilities.
10. Determine necessary space, equipment, supplies and support systems to ensure effective functioning of unit/department.
Qualification :- Masters or Bachelor/Diploma Degree in Hospital Administration
Experience:- 3+ Years
2. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RESTAURANT MANAGER
1. Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant and meet restaurant objectives
2. Manage, analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability
3. Coordinate the operations of the restaurant including scheduled shifts; utility bills and regulatory issues
4. Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
5. Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
6. Respond to customer queries and complaints
7. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
8. Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash
9. Follow-up and supervise the decorations and furnishing of the restaurant areas.
10. Manage irate customers in a professional manner.

HND or higher, 5 years working experience and at least 3 years working in an Hospital .

• He/She is responsible for maintaining the store in order to ensure hospital staff have access to necessary supplies.
• He/She is responsible for maintaining customer service, maintaining cash controls, purchasing and maintaining the store.
• Maintain & prevent stock, supplies and inventories.
• Take inventory.
• Order groceries and supplies.
• Check received stock against invoices.
• Restock shelves.
• Maintain register.

4. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HOUSE KEEPING MANAGER
• Create schedules for housekeeping staff.
• Ensure that the housekeeping staff is working in accordance to the hospital’s rules.
• Make sure that the appearance of the hospital is clean and tidy.
• Maintain constant awareness of the cleanliness, maintenance and repair of the hospital.
• Hand out housekeeping staff’s duties on a daily basis.
• Ensure shift management is handled properly and that no shift is unmanned.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory of hospital equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are being taken into account when mixing chemicals and detergents.
• Make sure that all cleaning supplies are appropriately labeled.
• Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure that they are properly and safely attired.
• Create schedules for housekeeping staff.
• Ensure that the housekeeping staff is working in accordance to the hospital’s rules.
