University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital – The School of Post Basic Perioperative Nursing Studies, University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, wishes to inform the general public that application form is therefore available for all interested candidate for admission into 12 Month in Perioperative Nursing Programme from Nov. 2016/2017

Entry Requirements

• Candidate must be a registered and license Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• Candidate must have a minimum of two years post registration experience.
• Candidate must have five credits in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.

Entrance Examination and Interview 
1st and 6th August, 2016.

How to Apply 

Application form could be obtained in the School after payment of non-refundable fee of Five Thousand naira (5,000.00) only into the U.M.T.H School Management Account No.: 1790147217; Remita Collection, Skye Bank.



All completed application form must be returned to the Programme Coordinator Office on or before 1st August 2016, while entrance examination and the interview will be between 1st and 6th Day of August, 2016.
