Job Title:Administrative Manager


Qualification
  • Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Business Management or related fields with at least 10 years of experience in Administration and Personnel

 
Responsibilities
  • To play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Administration Department.
  • Formulation of Administration strategy and delivery of an efficient administration support services.
  • To safeguard all the resources of the organisation, both human and otherwise.
  • To review the current status of the administrative functions, doing a SWOT analysis.
  • To initiate and implement policies on HR Management and Staff Welfare.
  • To line manage and review Staff Performance Management.
  • To coordinate in staff appraisal exercise and facilitate appropriate training for staff.
  • To prepare minutes for board and other meetings as may be directed.
Job Requirements
  • Tracking budget expenses.
  • Quality management and managing processes.
  • Organization Communication Processes.
  • Ability to promote process Improvement.
  • Good communication skills.
