Job Title:Administrative Manager
Qualification
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Business Management or related fields with at least 10 years of experience in Administration and Personnel
Responsibilities
- To play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Administration Department.
- Formulation of Administration strategy and delivery of an efficient administration support services.
- To safeguard all the resources of the organisation, both human and otherwise.
- To review the current status of the administrative functions, doing a SWOT analysis.
- To initiate and implement policies on HR Management and Staff Welfare.
- To line manage and review Staff Performance Management.
- To coordinate in staff appraisal exercise and facilitate appropriate training for staff.
- To prepare minutes for board and other meetings as may be directed.
Job Requirements
- Tracking budget expenses.
- Quality management and managing processes.
- Organization Communication Processes.
- Ability to promote process Improvement.
- Good communication skills.
