Job Title: Vision 2020 Project Coordinator

Location: Lagos


Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a relevant qualification.
  • Minimum of 5+ years work experience


Job Description

  • Fund raising for the initiative
  • Research more on what Bill Gates foundation etc do
  • Prepare periodic  and end of the project reports
  • Document all project events and milestones
  • Prepare detailed project budget and contingency plans for the program
  • Manages risks for the project
  • Develop and communicate project goals and deliverables
  • Evaluate and access all project teams
  • Identify and evaluate all resources needed for the project
  • Develop and implement the project life cycle development plan
  • Determine timelines and deliverables for each project
  • Facilitate decision making regarding the projects
  • Prepare overall Vision 2020 Project Plan and Activities
  • Oversee the implementation of all projects
  • Coordinate the activities of all project teams
  • Conduct research into foundations that has relationship with young empowerment and all legal issues regarding the project
  • Communicate with all stakeholders of the program as well as the individual on a regular basis
  • Access training levels of the team members and recommend appropriate training
  • Identify processes and procedures for improvement
  • Assist in the development of Information, Education & Communication material
