Actic Beverages was incorporated 1n 2012 in accordance and compliance with the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matter Act 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The company at inception aimed at providing finest quality processed Table Water, Natural Juice and fruit Drinks to each Nigerian and the neighbouring countries. It however, started with the production of high quality sachet water pouches for the local community and started the commercial production of table water from January, 2012 while the production of natural fruit juice commenced in June 2013 and other products followed subsequently.
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Responsibilities:
- Attend to phone calls from customers and resolve enquiries, queries, email or other means as directed.
- Receive all incoming emails and distribute to appropriate quarters
- Ensure that the teams objectives are develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole.
- Negotiation & Objection Handling
- Resolves customer complaints via phone,
- Receive all walk in customers and direct them to the appropriate department, ensure they are properly attended to.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND/BSc in any discipline
- Excellent spoken English with impressive interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Must be Computer literate and internet savvy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft office tools are required
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills are required
- Must have a passion for people, must be outspoken, have the ability to work under pressure and must be patient.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that food manufacturing processes conform with government, processing, consumer and industry standards
- Working closely with other food production staff including microbiologists, engineers, packaging specialists and buyers
- Establishing low-cost wholesale food production methods
- Investigating and setting standards for safety and quality
- Apply scientific expertise and technological principles to the study of food products and processes within manufacturing and research settings
- Exploring alternative manufacturing methods.
- Evaluating the nutritional value, colour, flavour and texture of food.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in microbiology,BioChemistry, Food technology,or any related discipline
- Developing the ability to repeat processes to ensure consistency and safety.
- Auditing suppliers or managing internal audits
- Preparing product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products
- Researching current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts
- Working with engineering and production to develop solutions to production issues whilst maintaining food safety

- Dealing with any customer complaint investigations or product issues
