Job Title: School Principal

Requirements
The candidate must possess the following to be considered:

• A strong leadership qualities.
• Must understand basic principles of modern management techniques/practices.
• Must be somebody who can work closely with the Directors of the school for the attainment of the set purpose and goals of the school.
• Must be able to demonstrate uncommon expertise in growing the population and the finances of a private secondary school.
• He/She must be a professional teacher with a minimum of a Masters Degree in relevant core subject areas.
• Must have vast experience in the running of the Nigerian and British curricula in a private secondary school.
• Must have been a Principal of a leading International school in Nigeria for not less than 5 years or a Vice principal in such a school for at least 7 years.
