Job Title: Shop Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer care and service delivery for a first time resolution
- Managing existing client relationship
- Cross selling and upselling of firm’s product(s)
- Study of market movement.
- Execute tactical plans to counter competition in the territory
- Identify and resolve customers’ queries/complaints/issues effectively and efficiently
- Escalating Customers queries/complaints/issues when necessary to appropriate unit
- Compile daily reports on overall customer interactions and satisfaction
- Capturing and updating customer records on the Customer Relationship System Software
- Close out and open all transaction records through the use of a computer
- Carry out Administrative functions
- Carry out all assignments that are ancillary to the primary assignment
Qualification and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Adequate Proficiency in Computer Software Application such as Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong analytical skills whilst having a good standard of numeracy in order to analyze facts and figures.
- Must be Presentable
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
- Good Management of people and the business
- A flare for negotiation and networking.
