Job Title: Science Teacher
Location:

Minimum Qualification 

  • B.Ed in relevant discipline and as applicable.
  • Post Graduate Diploma /IGCSE Certification
  • Ability to teach Physics, Biology and other Science subjects

Minimum Experience

  • A minimum of of Five years post qualification experience in a British National Curriculum school is required.
  • Applicant must possess the ability to engage and motivate students at all levels.
  • Classroom management must be strong, accompanied with a sound knowledge of the British Curriculum.

Job Title: Assistant Teacher

Minimum Qualification 

  • First Degree in Education
  • Minimum of Three (3) years’ experience as an Assistant Teacher in an English National Curriculum school.
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills.


Job Title: Spanish Teacher

Minimum Qualification 

  • B.Ed in relevant discipline and as applicable.
  • Post Graduate Diploma /IGCSE Certification

Qualifications and Specifications 

  • Good quality honours Degree, PGCE, or equivalent in Secondary Education.
  • Experience proven success of teaching English at KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4.
  • Leadership and management experience within a faculty of Communication/English department and proof of impact.
  • Knowledge /skills strong subject knowledge.
  • An understanding of what makes outstanding teaching and learning and the ability to put this into practice.
  • An ability to use data to monitor student’s progress and inform curriculum planning.

Job Title: Head of Residence (Boarding)
Location:

Qualifications and Specifications 

  • First degree in honours in Guidance and Counseling, Psychology or any related discipline
  • Experience in providing pastoral care to adolescents.
  • Highly effective communication skills are required to established positive working relationships with students, staff and parents.
  • Sound organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic in regard to caring for adolescents.

  • Graduate with qualified teachers status with major in Music.
  • Experience of middle leadership in a British Curriculum school
  • Knowledge of relevant curriculum areas in different Key Stages, including a sound understanding of assessment and monitoring.
  • A proven track record of excellent outcomes for students.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • An ability to inspire and maintain appropriate student supervision so that students have a safe and orderly environment in which to learn.
  • A sound understanding of the use of data in assessment, target setting and progress of pupils.
  • Experience of supporting strategies to maximise pupil achievement throughout school.
  • Ability to play various musical, orchestral instruments and to sing.
  • Knowledge child development and especially of characteristics of children in the various age groups.
  • Knowledge of prescribed curriculum, current technology and educational research especially in the field of music education.
  • Knowledge of learning styles and skills in using varied teaching methods to address students learning styles.
