Job for Book Keeper/Account Officer at Ilupeju, Lagos


Simeon’s Pivot Resources – Our client, is seeking for suitable candidate (full time) to fill the below position:

Job Title: Book Keeper/Account Officer
Ilupeju, Lagos
Job Descriptions

It includes but is not limited to the following: 

  • Balancing accounts (also known as ‘double book keeping’)
  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Preparing quotations
  • Preparing invoices
  • Filing Pension for PFA
  • Inventory reconciliation
  • Preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue
  • Checking company bank statements
  • Preparing cash flow statements
  • Dealing with financial paperwork and filing


  • At least N.D/N.C.E in Book Keeping, Accounting or related course
  • Accounts Receivables/Payables
  • General Ledger
  • Reconciliation
  • A proven knowledge in accounting software will be an advantage
  • At least 1-3 years experience
  • Relevant professional qualification is an advantage but not a Must
  • Accounting skills
