Job Title: Hr. Business Partner
Objectives:
  • To ensure the business objectives are aligned with employees and management across the various departments.
  • You are responsible for providing proactive HR services in the area of Human relationsaimed at brining about the change which reinforce the business strategy of specific Jumia Companies.
REPORTING TO: Hr Director
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BSc in relevant field
  • 5-7 years of professional.
  • Membership of a professional body.
