JOB DESCRIPTION
Prospective candidates should be able to do the following:
Prepare three column cash book
Recording of Daily transaction/ Express Vouchers in Cash book, hard copy.
Manual Matching of GIN with the appropriate invoice.
Collection of invoice and bills for payment
Filling of documents/ vouchers.
Perform accounting and clerical functions.
Oracle Posting.
Issue Cheques for accounts payable.
Undertake any other duties as directed by the factory accountant.
Support with stock count activities and reconciliation.
Job Requirements
Qualification: B.Sc. Graduate
Keen attention to details
Analytical skill set, good presentation skills,
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
