Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Manage production of entire plant and maintain the plant and utilities
- Maximum product with quality specs
- Maintain minimum down time in production utilities equipment
- Trouble shoot and debottleneck
- Ensure zero off-spec and waste generation
- Planning online real time spare parts availability
- Manpower planning and handling
- Ensure dept follows EHS norms
- Maintain and record statutory regulations
- Set up process control standards and guidelines
- Setting up SOPs and follow them
- Production standards/ratios to be fixed and maintained
Requirements
- Experience – Minimum 10-15 years, about 8 yrs in PET resin environment and production environment
