Job Title: Team Lead- Account/Finance Personnel
Location: Lagos, NIGERIA
Job Description:
- Leadership skills to drive members to perform at the required level
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholder
- Manage client expectations
- Plan, assign and review team’s work
- Oversee the daily and monthly reconciliations team and ensure necessary guidelines are followed
- Ensure accurate and timely preparations by the team
- Flag issues and concerns to the operations team
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting
Knowledge & Skills:
- Preferable Minimum of 4 years of experience with vendor statement reconciliation, project accounting or Payroll reconciliation.
- ERP Knowledge – SAP and Excel skills
