Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Lagos
Requirements and Experience 

• 3-5 year experience in Business Analysis and Process Design
• 3-5 year experience in Management of Organizational Change & Communication
• Experience in Business Architecture (use case scenario design, functional design, etc…)
• Experience in Project Management at large scale
• Proven experience in transformational projects in relation with CRM, Loyalty Management, Customer Master Data Management with a preference in Telco environment
• Experience in Customer Operations Optimization
• Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
