Job Title: Pilot


Job Description

Responsible for the tanker movements on site and the transfer operations of hydrocarbons to or from the FPSO and to or from the export tanker or vessel (Pilot, Berthing Master & tanker Loading Master).
Deputise for the Marine Superintendent position when the Marine Superintendent is absent from the FPSO.
Organises arrival/departure procedures for export tanker,
Pilots the export tanker to/from mooring point (loading buoy or tandem position),
In the event of an emergency, manages the off-load tanker securing or disconnection operations
Assists and provides marine advice when approaching and mooring the export tanker.
Inspects the export tanker, completes the HSE and Security check lists,
Inspection of site support vessels, when required,
Is authorised to stop or refuse berthing operations taking place,
Supervises tanker de-ballasting,
Is responsible for the application of HSE rules, international and National regulations codes and standards,
Ensure communication with FPSO are maintained during loading operation,
Checks volume calculations for exported batch,
Supervise the 1st Level corrective and preventive maintenance plan for all equipment associated with marine and logistic operations including Mooring equipment and tools, work boat, SBM equipments, tandem equipments
Responsible for spare part management of equipment associated with his duties.
Advisor to the COMPANY for the completion of cargo documents (BL, LOP, etc…)

Job Requirements

Unlimited master STCW 95 Class 1 Certificate (Deck) with tanker advance training.
Bridge Resources Management certificate or equivalent
A minimum of 10 years service on an oil tanker VLCC, FSO or FPSO with 3 years as master or chief officer or harbour pilot, with experience of tandem and buoy approaches
2 years as pilot required
BOSIET Certificate

Job Title: FPSO Loading Master





Job Description

Responsible for crude oil transfers, settling operations, ballasting / de-ballasting, inert gas operation on FPSO
Responsible for offloading operations on the FPSO,
Manages the Logistics Foreman, Pumpman and Deck Hands activities, during tank cleaning or other operations as directed by Marine Superintendent (including: tank preparation for IMR)
Provides assistance to the Pilot as required,
Deputise for the Marine Superintendent position, if required.
Monitors the loading of produced crude oil and inert gas operations,
Controls produced crude oil distribution in tanks,
Checks sediments and deposits in tanks and measurement equipment
Manages planning for tank heating and Crude Oil Washing,
Manages ballast transfer operations and stability including trim, heel, mooring loads and hull stresses of the FPSO,
Keeps proper records of all export tanker operations and offloading data during export,
Monitors and controls cargo and ballast tank displays and metering unit when pumping is in progress,
Prepare and coordinates all operations related to cargo tanks or ballast inspection/maintenance.
Inspection of site vessels, when required,
Has the authority to require specific actions to be carried out by the Operation or Production Supervisor with respect
to FPSO stability, trim, heel or hull stress for the distribution of produced oil or ballasting operations
Assists with the volume calculations for the export batch,
Is the interface with Quantity Surveyors,
Pilots the export tanker to/from mooring point (loading buoy or tandem position) if required.

Job Title: FPSO Piping Supervisor (LOCAL)


Job Description
To supervise and follow-up under his discipline the Construction and associated pre-commissioning activities related to Nigerian Content (NC) packages, up to end of Construction and load out/integration works.
Activities

Prepares monitors and expedites piping fabrication, assembly and completion activities carried out by Contractor or subcontractors related to his discipline including FPSO integration in Nigeria.
Assists the piping superintendent his duties covering all construction phases, including construction methods, yards prefabrications, piping spools assembly and completion as related to his discipline. He attends meetings as required by his hierarchy. He implements his hierarchy instructions and organizes himself for inspection accordingly.
Ensure that all construction activities (fit-up, in-position and installation) related to his discipline are performed safely and efficiently in line with company objectives.
Review procedures and site queries in due time related to piping at site.
Monitor/supervise piping spools preparations, assembly (fit-up & welding) and installation including piping connection on equipments.
Ensure contractor to follow and comply with requirement of Company specification GS PVV.
Reviews piping spools material certificates arrived at workshop together with QA/QC superintendent.
Monitor QC activities within his discipline and report for any anomaly to quality team.
Establish a smooth, efficient and respect working relationship with CONTRACTOR.
To maintain good relationships with contractors, being relatively flexible, proactive but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the project.
To ensure that safety remains the main priority on the construction site at all times.
Attend the toolbox meetings.
He participates in the preparation of As Built documentation.

HSE

Promote the implementation of Project HSEQ management system and rules in all construction activities.
To stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings.
To participate to local programs or initiatives to improve HSSE performances.
To report to Management on any issue they may face or observe and propose way of improvement.
To also take care of colleagues safety and behaviour without hesitating to intervene as much as necessary.
To carefully assess hazards and risks when changes occur.
To give his own input and making sure the workplace is safe (obviously clean and tidy).
