Job Description
- Coordinate the operation team activities.
- Assign work to team members
- Manage the administrative staff and train new hires on office policies and procedures
- Follow up with clients
- Prepare departmental report
- Follow up and attend to all operations issues.
- Reconcile monthly operating budgets and share updated financial reports with the senior management team
