The ideal candidates should:
- Be experienced in fast paced food environments.
- Be able to communicate orders clearly and effectively to staff.
- Be able to plan menu, develop and prepare interesting and innovative recipes.
- Be able to manage time efficiently.
- Be specialized in the preparation of intercontinental dishes.
- Be able to manage a team of junior chefs and kitchen porters.
- Be able to manage health and food safely procedures.
- Have good working knowledge of Profit and Loss Accounting.
