Job Title: Head Teacher
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

The successful candidates will be:

- Have had recent successful experiences as Head teacher or Deputy Head teacher level in a high performing environment;
- An instructional leader of learning and teaching, with strong knowledge and understanding of the English National Curriculum and up-to-date experience of current initiatives. Someone who is passionate about learning and teaching and committed to motivate and inspire;
- A reflective leader with the interpersonal skills to work collaboratively, and build capacity through delegation and accountability;
- A compassionate, caring and approachable leader with a commitment to valuing and encouraging all members of staff;
- A leader with the management skills to monitor the effectiveness and performance of all aspects of the Primary School;
- Evidence of a strong commitment to high academic standards
- Commitment to the well-being and pastoral care of children

The successful candidate is likely to fit most, if not all, of the following profile:
- The successful applicant will have appropriate teaching qualifications, a Degree (B.Ed or other) plus a PGCE etc;
- A minimum of 5 years proven primary school leadership experience in a well-recognised dynamic school, and at least 15 years experience teaching the English National Curriculum.
- A postgraduate degree in Education or Educational Management will be an advantage.
