Job Description

  • Provides country organization with appropriate talent to fill vacancies, supports senior line managers in setting up and sustaining their organization, reaching short-term as well as strategic business objectives by acting as a change agent; implements consistent, “state of the art” HR processes that ensure recruitment, performance, development and retention of the best people

Minimum Requirements

  • Fluent in local language and English
  • Experience with designing and maintaining an efficient HR back office
  • Experience with Labour Law issues
  • Experience in provided first class customer service
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 3-5 years as HR Business Partner/Manager in Multi National Company operating in the region
  • 5-7 years HR Operations experience
  • Knowledge of employment practices in the region
  • Strong administrative skills, with an eye for details
