Job Title: Commissioned Sales Executive

Job Description
Key Focus: 

  • This role is individually accountable for providing finance advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market.

Descriptor:

  • Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
  • Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
  • Work in specific allocated markets.
  • Work with a specific range of products.
  • Receives a production allowance & commission.

Key Result Areas
Financial Advice:

  • Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
  • Works in specific allocated markets.
  • Works with a specific range of products.

Sales/Productivity:

  • Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
  • Engages in prospecting and conversion to sales

  • Qualification/Requirement
    • Minimum of B.Sc/HND.

Personal Effectiveness:

  • Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
  • Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality.
  • Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
  • Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
  • Accepts and lives the company values.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish sound working relationships and maximizes opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Uses appropriate interpersonal and communication techniques to gain client acceptance.

Age:

  • Interested candidates should be between 26 and 35 years old.
