Job Title: Head of Sales
Location:
 Lagos
Responsibilities 

  • Design and Execute Sales Playbook for all company Products
  • Recruit, Train and Motivate Sales Force to Acquire Customers for all company Products
  • Build high-performance Sales Team and manage development programs for team members
  • Pursue, Negotiate and Deliver national and international partnerships with top logistics players
  • Create and deliver training and onboarding programs for the Sales Team
  • Deliver Weekly Performance Reports and Analytics Insights on Sales and Customer Acquisition
  • Ensure customer acquisition and retention metrics stay above agreed thresholds
  • Acquire customers and close deals before expansion into new geographies
  • Generate Leads and Close Deals with Restaurants, Merchants and Corporates
  • Manage new customer onboarding across all company Products
  • Manage Deployment and Operation of Sales Tools: CRM/Dropbox/Googledrive/Email/Slack
  • Oversee the Management of Key Accounts
  • Develop user friendly explainers onboarding resources for the company Products

Ideal Candidate 

  • Natural Sales Maverick – With track record of leading high-performance field sales teams
  • 7 years+ experience in Lead Generation, Sales and Customer Acquisition
  • Strong passion for technology/data, and deep interest in technology enabled sales
  • Global worldview (and experience), self-starter and strong entrepreneurial instincts
  • Team builder with ability to inspire others towards a compelling vision
  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility for achievement
  • Strong analytical / problem solving skills. Obsessed with detail and a meticulous time manager

Job Title: Head of Marketing and Brand Development
Location:
 Lagos
Responsibilities 

  • Chief Evangelist of company to Businesses and Consumers in Lagos and Beyond
  • Create and Drive Marketing and Brand Development for the company – People, Products and Services
  • Design and execute detailed data-driven marketing and brand development strategy
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative out-of-the-box marketing campaigns
  • Execute engaging digital marketing campaigns, offline marketing campaigns and content strategy
  • Research and activate new brand development channels
  • Oversee Social Media Engagement – IG, FB, Tw, LinkedIn, Snapchat
  • Manage creation, publishing and distribution of engaging images/articles/videos/content
  • Deliver daily/weekly performance targets across all marketing/engagement channels
  • Discover events and communities, and leverage them to grow the company Brand
  • Research and activate a diverse range of distribution channels for maximum visibility
  • Develop and leverage strategic partnerships and agencies to grow the company Brand

Requirements 

  • Consummate Growth Hacker – With track record of building new brands into household names
  • 5 years+ experience in New Media, Digital Advertising, Marketing and Brand Development
  • Global worldview (and experience), self-starter and strong entrepreneurial instincts

Job Title: Head of Operations
Location:
 Lagos
Responsibilities 

  • Build a world-class network of delivery riders and drivers
  • Build a complete operations team and manage development programs for all team members
  • Manage health, safety, regulatory and compliance requirements for the delivery workforce
  • Source, Procure, Manage and Maintain Delivery Assets and Technology Devices
  • Expand delivery operations into new cities and hubs
  • Create and deliver training programs for Delivery Riders and Drivers
  • Manage operating and work schedules to cover weekday and weekend operations
  • Deliver Weekly Performance Reports and Analytics on Customer Service and Operations
  • Ensure performance metrics stay above agreed thresholds
  • Execute Special projects: such as Learning, Recruitment and Reward Systems.
  • Deliver world-class customer experience and customer support operations
  • Develop and optimize logistics processes to enable aggressive growth
  • Create a large Pipeline of “Ready to hire” riders and drivers

Requirements 

  • Hands-on Operations Genius – With track record of managing world-class operations processes
  • 7 years+ experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution and Last-mile Delivery
  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility for achievement
  • Strong analytical / problem solving skills. Obsessed with detail and a Meticulous time manager
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Strong passion for technology/data, and deep interest in technology enabled operations
