We are recruiting to fill the vacant position of:

Job Title: Depot Representative

Locations: Delta, Cross River 
Employment Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

The Depot Representative shall promptly report to the Logistics Manager all that happens at designated Depots and carry out the following duties;

  • Investigate the authenticity of depots before purchase of AGO Products are made.
  • Confirm the availability of AGO Products at designated Depots.
  • Carry out Density / Lab Test (Integrity Test) of AGO Products at designated depots.
  • Confirm the availability of empty Trucks and prepare them for Loading.
  • Follow-up with the Trucks Loading Programs of the as approved by the Logistics Manager.
  • Preparation of loading the loading tickets /LRSs as soon as the loading program is ready and published on the notice board.
  • Monitor the truck loading process, and in case of any delay report back to the Logistics Manager to give further directive.
  • Report back to the Logistics Manger with details of all loaded Trucks immediately they are loaded and out of the loading bay.
  • Hand over loading trucks and reconcile with the depot for the closing balance.
  • And any other assigned depot related responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Must have a good first degree.
  • At least two (2) years related experience.
  • Experience working in the Telecommunication industry would be an added advantage.
  • Must have knowledge of AGO products.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS packages especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent reputation for integrity and judgment.
  • Strong Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Must be willing to work in any of our depots in Cross Rivers and Delta state.
