Job Title: Head Technical, Engineering & Maintenance Department

  • Harbour Human Capital Solutions Limited (HHCS) on behalf of its client a multinational conglomerate with its Head Office in Lagos, is recruiting a Head Technical, Engineering & Maintenance Department for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Automobile Consumable Manufacturing Companies.
  • The Head Technical, Engineering & Maintenance Department will report to the Executive Director for Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Compliance to industry and company design standards, and compliance to program cost and schedule targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take a design from specification through architecture design, development, test, and qualification.
  • Review and develop technical specifications for the factory.
  • Design electronic circuits and assemblies for specification compliance and verify that designs meet or exceed all requirements and specifications.
  • Facilitate design reviews with key stakeholders including Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Manufacturing

Requirements
Qualifications Required:

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 15 years experience in similar role.
  • Proven track record in maintenance engineering (preferably with a manufacturing company), leadership, team management, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Anambra
Report to: the Executive Director for Manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate plant activities to ensure the total manufacturing and financial objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Manage processing schedules and production orders to ensure optimal and efficient management of inventory, Staffing, work procedures and schedules.
  • Manage operations to resolve production or processing problems and manage the staff of the Company.
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
  • Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification.
  • Implement and maintain preventative maintenance, environmental, health and safety programs.
  • Manage the financial performance of the operations meeting the annual budget and profit plan.

Requirements
Qualifications Required:

  • University degree/HND.
  • A minimum of 15 years experience in similar role.
  • Proven track record in operational management, leadership, people development, business systems and financial management.
