Job Title: Sales/Business Development Officer
Location:
 Lagos
Job Summary 

  • Responsible for the overall coordination, planning, execution, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business.

Job Desription

  • Works to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Creates prospecting process and lead qualification process.
  • Engage in constant training to ensure success in sales and marketing.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of personal sales and deliver reviews.
  • Generates ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with IT on sales technology initiatives.
  • Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
  • Ensure adherence to sales and marketing processes. Maintain sales quotas by participating in a team that will meet or exceed target sales numbers.
  • Based on current economic facts, past sales numbers and future product development, helps the management forecast the annual budget.
  • Participate in weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales and marketing team and leadership.
  • Track sales metrics and report data to the Director of Business on a regular basis and develop direct reports.

Other Duties include: 

  • Follow up on leads, prospects, clients for campaign, payment and referrals
  • Prepare presentations for individual, groups such as cooperative societies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences is an additional advantage.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in sales and marketing field in a real estate sector.
  • One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Job Title: Civil/Structural/Building Engineer
Location:
 Lagos
Job Description
Provide technical engineering information to company employees and subcontractors to ensure project complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructions that include, but not limited to: 
  • Coordinates the Project Planning, Management and Finance Management (accounting, costing and billing).
  • Overseeing project/ construction and day-to-day progress activities on all the company’s project sites and to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Provides required explanations for builders as well as professionals associated with the project. E.g. architects, engineers etc.
  • Conduct quality control activities in accordance with instructions, inspection programs, using specified control measuring and testing equipment required.
  • Carry out a regulated routine check/visit on all project sites to ensure compliance to instructions.

  • Must have professional Affiliations such as NIOB, PMP, NIQS, IFMA, COREN etc.
Salary
