We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos
Job Objective
- To maximize project margin and add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement, cost management and reporting.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must hold a Quantity Survey Degree.
- Keen to develop knowledge, skills and ability.
- Must have handled Quantity Surveying projects alone, producing all deliverable such as Recitals/ Preambles/ Contract Conditions/Supplementary Conditions/ Preliminaries/ Bill of Quantities/ Post contract supervision and documentation according to quality standards and client specification.
- Innovative,creative and proactive thinker
- Work well with others to obtain necessary information to carry out Tender/Contract documents.
- Organised, smart and willing to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Estimating and cost planning.
- Procurement advice.
- Tender document preparation and Tender reporting.
- Contract administration and cost control
- Interim valuations.
- Cost reporting Final account preparation.
- Contract and dispute advice.
- Carrying out Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator / Project Manager Instructions.
- To attend meetings and undertake site visits.
