Job Title:  Director, Business Development and Strategy 
Job Description 

  • This is a senior management role with over sight for raising and managing funds from a diversified mix of local and international (private and public) sources including mass engagement, grant making private foundations and bilateral/ multilateral donors;
  • The holder of this role is expected to leverage our communication and campaign activities to achieve fund raising and advocacy/influencing outcomes that will bring real change and impact to our work in Nigeria.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • A degree in the Health Sciences, Social Sciences or Communication Art.
  • A post graduate diploma/degree in Public Health or Business Management will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in an NGO, State or Federal Ministry of Health, or donor funded environment with expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring and reporting results of health and social enhancement programs is desired.


Job Title:  Director of Programs 
Job Description
 

  • Working with the Chief Executive Officer, this senior management role will set, achieve and maintain high standards, best practices, and donor guidelines while fostering needs driven innovations in all WFI efforts and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • A degree in the Health Sciences, Social Sciences or Communication Art.
  • A post graduate diploma/degree in Public Health, Humanities, Social sciences, Communication, Business management or equivalent will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in an NGO, State or Federal Ministry of Health, or donor funded environment with expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring and reporting results of health and social enhancement programs is desired



Job Title:  Monitoring and Evaluation Officer 
Job Description 

  • Working with protect/program direct managers, the occupant of his position will lead the monitoring and evaluation efforts of WFI interventions to generate quality evidence on the outcomes and effects on especially the lives of program beneficiaries with the aim of informing operational decision making end strategic re-orientation.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, the Health Science or Social Science.
  • A post graduate diploma/degree in Public Health, Humanities, Social Sciences or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years cognate experience developing and or using monitoring and evaluation tools for HIV, OVC, MNCH and FP programs is desired
