Job Description
- Retail Managers have the responsibility of managing our customer experience centres (AKA stores/outlets).

Job Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in Social Sciences or any relevant field.
- At least 3 years retail experience and a year or more as a retail head/manager.
- Relevant sales related training is an added advantage
- Accommodating personality
- Passionate about the Female clothing line
- Must have basic Accounting skills
- Must be able to drive sales
- Ability to manage people is a prerequisite

Responsibilities
- Total responsibility for your assigned stores, ambiance, coordinating the Sales Associates, delighting the customers and of course achieving sales targets.
- Ensuring the performance of the Staff is of a high standard through motivation and necessary skills.
- Reporting to the Human Resources and Management.
- Be sensitive to market change and drive quality decisions.
- Optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and be capable of giving expert style advice.
