Job Title: Marketing Executive

Locations: Lagos and Abuja

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Arrange for meetings and presentations
  • Achieve allocated soles revenue forgets
  • Conduct regular market intelligence activities
  • Contribute to the development of heolihcore plans
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing and sales plan

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc with a minimum of 2nd class upper division or HND (Upper credit) in Marketing, Nursing, Microbiology, Insurance or any other relevant field
  • HMO Experience is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of the operations of the Notional Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will be on added advantage
  • Excellent selling and customer relationship skills
  • Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written)

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Asst. Manager Accounting department, the successful candidate will:

  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed
  • Perform month end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
  • Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
  • Generate financial reports and statements to manager far review
  • Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions
  • Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances report the same to management
  • Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts
  • Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations
  • Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations
  • Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures coordinate with finance team to complete assigned account ting tasks within deadlines

Requirements

  • B.Sc Accounting (ACA/ACCA Intermediate level).
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. Previous experience in the HMO industry will be on advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the operation of the National Health Insurance Scheme will be a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented arid sensitive to confidential information.
  • Team oriented with strong management and interpersonal skills proven experience demonstrating mastery of computerized accounting systems, especially SAGE proficiency in Microsoft office word, Excel & power point
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Must have a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.



Job Title: Care Co-ordinator

Location: Benin

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head Medical Services, the successful candidate will:

  • Develop and manage the organization network of providers within the area of coverage.
  • Monitor and coordinate the delivery of health services to all enrollees.
  • Provide health education to all enrollees.
  • Attend to enrollees requests, needs and complaints.
  • Be responsible for collecting, collating and analyzing of data from core providers.
  • Source for new clients whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities on the HMO industry.
  • Contribute to the development of healthcare plans/packages.
  • Arrange for meetings and presentations to prospects.
  • Carry out quality management activities.

Requirements

  • An MBBS qualification.
  • An RN/RM or B.Sc. in Nursing (2nd class lower).
  • Diploma in Administration/Management may be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. Previous experience in the HMO industry will be on advantage
  • Good knowledge of the operation of the National Health Insurance Scheme will be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Must hay, a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
