Job Title: Well Development Planner
Location:

Job Description
 

  • Our client company is committed to using skilled and goal-driven professionals, unique and innovative technology, to deliver excellent, first class and cost effective solutions to industry problems.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities 

  • Under general supervision, plans or re-plans wells as required.
  • Generates 3-D plots and validate surveys on current wells.
  • Prepares reports and surveys.
  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

Preferred Qualification / Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • The persons should show reasonable experience of 6-10 years ‘And’ must have handled significant projects in the respective fields.

Skills/Knowledge: 

  • Knowledge of directional drilling, horizontal drilling, and well bore positioning survey.
  • Advanced PC skills.
  • Completion of technical development plan; specific skill requirements defined within the Well Engineering development Program – achieve Well Planning qualification.



Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Rivers
Job Brief 

  • To expand clientele. You will be one of the key front liners of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting profits of cash flow and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop new business models
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Bid for Jobs from technical to financials ( this will be achieved with the assistance of other personnel)
  • Ensure company documentation are up to date and are properly packaged for submission
  • Ensure payments for jobs executed are paid for by clients
  • Assist in the Development of startegic plans for operational activity
  • Build strategic partnership with both foreign (OEM)and local firms
  • Ensure company is registered with major IOCs and NOCs and Jobs are awarded to company
  • Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-service support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Submit weekly progress report
  • Work with other staff in delivering presentations as the need arises
  • Close new business deals coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Liaise with the auditor on our financials, tax and Pension matters

Requirements 

  • Business Development Management positions require a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/ Administration. An MBA is often requested as well.

Job Title: Production Engineer

Purpose / Responsibilities
 

  • Is accountable for safe operation of the installation in line with the Safety Case, local regulations and legislation and Oil & Gas Standards.
  • Champions and provides leadership and coaching towards delivery of a high performing safety culture.
  • Ensures high standards of Asset Integrity in new and existing installations Provides production and cost leadership, maximizing value from functional experts, industry best practice, and synergies between operations. Continuously builds offshore organizational capability, assuring technical competencies are met and exceeded.

Maintenance Management: 

  • Accountable for the health, safety, and welfare of persons onboard or on site. Engendering a culture of continuous HSE and Asset Integrity performance improvement, lead the onshore or offshore teams to achieving sustained incident free operations.
  • Accountability for facilitating effective cross functional working ensuring safety, operational integrity and delivery against business plan is achieved, managing competing interests from production, optimization, maintenance and projects.
  • Responsible for performance management, installation processes and systems as well as people and organization, setting the direction for the installation and develop and deliver against plans and influence key areas of operations strategy
  • Accountable for the safe execution of all works taking place but not limited to; drilling, diving, projects, marine operations, maintenance, Asset Integrity and production operations.

Processes and systems: 

  • Authorized to take any actions necessary to maintain safe operations of the installation.
  • Authorized to mobilize any required emergency response resources.
  • Key player in the development of the annual and life of field OPEX budget.
  • Holder and accountable for the installation OPEX budget.
  • Influence planning for the execution of drilling and project campaigns.

People and Organization: 

  • Responsible for advising the Asset Manager with regards to the installation organization and resource required to safely deliver the business plan.
  • Recognized within the asset as an authority on all matters impacting the installation (from health and safety to commercial and production performance).
  • Influence key areas of operations and production strategy over life of field

Requirements Qualifications 

  • A degree in a relevant subject (Engineering) or equivalent you will have proven knowledge of OIM guidelines and external Health and Safety legislation.
  • The candidate should show reasonable experience of 6-10years and must have handled significant projects in the respective fields.
  • Successful track record of consistently delivering on HSSE, Operations Excellence and management of either multiple projects or multi-disciplinary teams in an Upstream Oil & Gas Environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills proven in an offshore front line environment.

Knowledge: 

  • Understanding of Offshore and Onshore legislation and local HSSE legislation.
  • In depth knowledge of offshore platform design and function and full understanding of the purpose and content of the Safety Case.
  • Oil and gas processing, reservoir engineering & development principles, and water treatment.
  • Thorough understanding of design and application of safe systems of work and permit to work procedures.

Skills: 

  • Proven experience and documented competency necessary to manage an Offshore or Onshore hydrocarbon processing installation.
  • Controlling major emergencies; including a valid OIM Major Emergency Management certificate issued by a recognized assessment organization.

Additional Information: 

  • Incumbent will have a visible presence on site, including interacting with onshore support teams to support the ongoing business needs.
  • Must be locally mobile to commute to various onshore or offshore sites as required by job responsibility.
  • Mandatory safety, medical regulatory requirements for travel and working offshore or onshore.




Job Title: Reservoir Engineer

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Reservoir Engineering or Petroleum Engineering
  • Minimum or 6-10 years engineering experience for oil and gas companies
  • Engineering experience in Drilling, Completions, Production and Facilities.
  • Extensive operations experience.
