We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager – Property Development

Detailed Job Description

  • Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Real Estate business of the holding company.
  • The candidate will have the responsibility to implement a management structure for the Property Development Division that provides for the efficient management of existing properties, and the development of new ones to ensure that annual profit and return on asset targets are constantly achieved.

Requirements

  • First Degree in the Built Environment from a reputable institution (e.g. Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, etc.)
  • Professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP or Prince2) will be an advantage
  • Minimum ten (10) years management experience in a construction environment, five (5) of which must be in a property development and real estate management organization
  • Experience managing a real estate and property development organisation with a portfolio including grade A properties in choice locations
  • Age: 40 – 50 years old.

Job Title: General Manager – Treasury & Investment

Detailed Job Description

  • Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Group’s treasury operations and ensuring the optimal performance of its investment portfolio.
  • The position will also be responsible for financial appraisal, due diligence and capital raising for new investments, towards the development and achievement of the Group’s strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable tertiary institution. A Post Graduate Degree in related disciplines will be an added advantage
  • Relevant professional qualification, e.g. ACA, CFA, etc.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years relevant management experience, with at least three (3) years at senior management level
  • A proven track record in managing a mixed asset investment portfolio and securing financing for new business ventures
  • Age: 40 – 50 years old.
