Job Title: Internal Auditor
Responsibilties

  • The internal auditor provides support to department activities with specific responsibility for ensuring that overall fiscal policies, practices and/or regulations meet compliance requirements; completing audits and reviews of the company processes, procedures and methodologies; developing and monitoring internal controls; conducting audits of internal funds; evaluating the degree of internal control exercised by each key staff and providing updated procedures and work aids for store staff.

Ø To work with trustees and management to ensure a system is in place which ensures that all major risks of the company are identified and analysed, on an annual basis 

Ø To plan, organise and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfills the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs

Job Title: Group Financial Analyst

Business Purpose/Objective 

  • The Group Financial Analyst is in charge of providing strategic financial analysis and support to the management of the group of companies. Compiling accounting information, producing investment reports and other financial relevant reports and analysis to management for decision making.

Quality, Health And Safety: 
l Compliance to and maintenance of the Risk Management Plan (RMP) and all elements of this including pest, pathogen, heat treatment (ELLAB), water management and CCPP’s 

l Compliance to and maintenance of an effective approved HACCP plan, ensure all CCP’s are managed accordingly 

l Responsibility to ensure NCR and CAPA corrective actions are completed and actions implemented within agreed timeframes 

l Ensure H&S activities are consistent with GOSI Occupational Health and Safety Framework and good performance and leadership is recognized and rewarded 

l Ensure any non-conformance against safety procedures/policies are dealt with

  • Monitor quality standards for all manufactured products, test or inspect a sample for defects during a batch or production run. Ensures that the company is able to adhere to all regulations and standards both local, and international. This enables the company to meet its obligation to its customers.
