We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Electrical Engineer (CMMS Operator)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Planning and follow-up on all preventive maintenance works
- Analyzing and writing reports on the activities of intervention works done on site
- Operating the SAM-FM Software to control planned operations
- Generates periodic informative reports regarding all maintenance facets
- Give advice on technical issues
- Any other related job
- Tracking records and history of equipment and component of the building on the site
HSE Responsibilities:
- Take reasonable care of my own safety.
- Take reasonable care of the safety of others that might be affected.
- Comply with all reasonable safety policies and procedures of the company including reporting of hazards or incidents via the company’s reporting process
- To take care of all equipment and PPEs in their possession
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
- Troubleshooting and hands-on repair of 11KVA medium voltage, electrical power panel, control panels, electrical equipment, electrical pumps, motors, variable, frequency drive e.t.c
- Must have experience with chillers/chilled water system and electrical system in high rise building facility.
Qualifications
- Must be a holder of HND/B.Eng in Electrical Engineering/Electronics
- Must be experienced in high rise building maintenance and must have
