Job Requirements
- At least 2 year’s commercial experience in app development on iOS, android or both.
- Good design / UX skills and working experience with design tools Adobe, Canva etc.
- Confidence to take ownership of app development within an organisation, building high quality, performing, well-tested applications.
- Working alongside the web and apps teams in London and Mohali (India) on building mobile apps with great design and user experience.
- Have a passion for pushing mobile development, evangelizing and fostering the use of latest Android and IOS development workflows and technologies.
- Collaborating with the business and engineering team to make a meaningful contribution to the technical design and implementation of the apps
- Be proactive, keen learner and lean developer.
- To seek and actively promote ideas and techniques within the business.
- Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Experience of Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ideally you will be Degree educated in a relevant subject. Not critical.
- Work experience: 1-3 years.

Job Title: Content / Social Media Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Create & manage our Multi Media Marketing Calendar and activities.
- Plan & Manage content strategy and contributors.
- Manage Daily and Adhoc Email Campaigns using tools such as Mail chimp.
- Digital Designs for Marketing Ads, Social Media Posts, and other Branded engagement materials for Offline / Online (Clients & Professionals).
- Create & Implement Audio / videos campaigns to enhance GlamAfric’s brand.
- Improve consistency and relevancy around our content strategy and ensure optimal delivery via social media channels, groups, communities, etc.
- Device strategy for Virality across our media & product properties.
- Manage daily engagement of users on social media (FB, IG and Twitter) – Professionals, Clients, Businesses.
- Facilitation of GlamAfric’s offline events.
- Coordinate Business review site visit.
- Dealing with escalations from external clients
- Knowledgeable across communications design, copywriting and content production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
- Must be able to work remotely. Which means successful person must have their own devices (laptop & mobile phone)
- Must be comfortable with cold calling.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Exposures to social media, email and design tools are a must for this role.

Job Title: Client Support Executives & Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge and/or experience of the Beauty & Wellness client industry segment and culture.
- Develop and maintain interpersonal skills, and excellent working relationships with clients and other key stakeholders (including internal) to ensure all queries are acknowledged promptly, responded to fully within business/desk guidelines, and followed through a satisfactory outcome for the client.
- Client on boarding – Support professionals & businesses through our entire product lifecycle, ensuring they know how to fully leverage the platform.
- Client retention – including contract (re) negotiations
- Find, maximise and close new revenue opportunities aligned to the Client’s objectives.
- Ensure high service delivery levels.
- Act as client champion internally, supporting issues and driving resolutions where appropriate.
- Build and develop excellent working relationships with existing client base to ensure retentive business and revenue growth.
- Lead the delivery of multiple work streams. (Manager Role)
- Performs project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, and profitability analysis processes as well as contact and opportunity/funnel management. (Manager Role)
