We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Mid-level Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
- Review of reconciliation, support documents and requests for payments.
- Compile and analyse financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
- Analyse and review budgets and expenditures.
- Prepare audit reports (weekly/monthly),
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
- Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc Finance/Accounting
- Age not more than 30yrs
- Professional membership of ICAN. ACCA is an added advantage
- Ability to use accounting softwares like WAVE, Peachtree etc
- 1-3 years experience in Management & Financial Accounting.
