Job Title: Customer Support/ Operations Officer

Job Description
 

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries
  • Generating sales leads
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist in developing and implanting content on websites
  • Provide customers with accurate, valid and complete information
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Communicate status regularly to senior managers

Requirements 

  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
