Job Title: Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Maintain a good customer relationship on nominated accounts via timely and clear response to queries and complaints.
- Involvement in APQP activities including the development and implementation of Control Plans to ensure product / process critical requirements are achieved. This would include the specifying of test and inspection requirements.
- Internal and supplier auditing.
- Analyze production, supplier and customer data and take the lead on quality improvement or corrective action activities relating to product or process needs.
- Development of procedures, policies, training etc as necessary to meet above requirements.
- The role may include the responsibility for other members of the quality department e.g. Quality Inspection/Test Technician
