Job Title: Graphic Design Intern 
Location: Lagos 
Job Description 

  • We are looking for a talented Graphics Designer to create amazing user experiences.
  • The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior user interface design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.​

What You Will Do 

  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Skills: 

  • Proven Graphics Design experience
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction​
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies

Qualifications 

  • BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Awaiting NYSC/ at least 6-months internship program applicants must study a relevant course
  • Proven experience in using key design software(e.g. PhotoShop, Adobe Suite) and with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • An entrepreneurial and can-do attitude

  • Contacting, meeting with, and following up on clients
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and product review based on agents’ needs

Qualifications 

  • Awaiting NYSC/ at least 6-months internship program applicants.
  • Must be able to plan and pay attention to deadlines, adapt to changing requirements, and show desire to take lead
  • Possesses a positive attitude and demonstrates respect, confidentiality, and honesty when interacting with colleagues and clients
  • Candidate must be fluent in English, Pidgin, and at least one major Nigerian language
  • Must live in Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description 

  • ToLet.com.ng is looking for someone to head our Advert Sales and Partnerships team.
  • With a web-based platform for property rentals and sales, we provide users with the best property search experience both online and offline by connecting them with legitimate and verified real estate agents.
  • In this role, the Head of Advert Sales and Partnerships will provide strategic leadership and management and oversee all the sales team’s activities among other duties.

What You WIll Do 

  • Coordinate marketing and sales of the company’s advertising sales products online and offline.
  • Develop and motivate sales team to meet with the sales goals set forth by the company.
  • Manage a team of sales executives.
  • Attract and retain highest caliber sales staff.
  • Promote the company’s image by addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
  • Prepare periodic personal and Team sales reports showing advertising sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Create innovative integrated marketing partnerships.
  • Represent Company at public meetings, trade shows or other advertising venues as required.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Qualifications

  • B.Sc/HND in Advertising, Business or Management, Marketing, Psychology or any related field.
  • Highly motivated and customer-oriented.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
