Job Title: Recruiting Officer/Relationship Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Recruiting drivers from different sources and conducting interviews ensuring that the best drivers are eventually selected to work with clients at different capacities.
- Building driver profiles based on result of various assessment conducted
- Assigning drivers to clients based on clients specification
- Investigating and solving client problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on directly by client.
- Manage the client relationship arm of the firm
- Handling and managing driver complaints or any major incidents
- Handling driver payment processes
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and drivers.
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service your organisation is providing.
- Writing reports analysing the client service that your organisation provides.
Requirements
- The candidate must possess a Diploma / OND/ BSc degree from a reputable Institution in Nigeria.
- Must be between 25 – 30years
- Great managerial skills
- Must reside on the mainland
