Job Description
- We have vacancy for the role of Training Executive, preferred candidate should be residing with Lekki Ajah Axis, VI and Ikoyi.
Qualifications and Skills
- A good first Degree with relevant training certifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Selling and making training happen
- Not more than 32years.
- Good selling skills for various training seminars
- Good social media skills
- Good with the use of design software’s
Responsibilities
- Conduct training need analysis for clients
- Pitch for Corporate Training Projects(In Plant)
- Negotiate Training deals.
- Develop Training Contents
- Evaluate Training Programs to ensure participants/clients satisfaction.
- Ensure maximum participation of our open seminars through sales
- Research on market opportunities for various training programs
