Job Title: External Auditor
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Pre-Qualification Requirements are:
- Evidence of registration of the Firm with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
- Evidence of registration/renewal with the Office of the Auditor-General of the Fedention;
- The Firm’s profile, including professional qualifications of key staff, past experience with reputable organizations, especially institutions of higher learning;
- Evidence of financial capability (Bank reference);
- Audited account of the Firm for the last three years (2016, 2015 and 2014),
- Evidence of VAT registration and valid tax clearance certificates for the last three years (2016, 2015 and 2014),
- Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act of 2014; and
- Evidence of registration with Industrial Trust Fund (ITF).
